How do I pay my invoice?

You can pay your invoice by check, Zelle, your bank’s online bill pay system or by credit card (see note below).

Check: If paying by check please make a check payable to "MANU KAI" and mail it to the following address:

Bill Pay: If paying through your bank's online bill pay system, please follow the instructions through your specific bank to add our information and initiate the payment.

Zelle (Preferred Method): You can pay via Zelle by inputing our email (info@manukai-education.com) into the search box of your bank's Zelle portal. Once you locate our account you can transfer the funds.

Credit Card:

If you'd like to pay your invoice online you must reach out to us by email. Online payment links are turned off by default and need to be turned on manually. In addition, we add a 3% fee to invoices paid using credit cards.

In all cases we ask that you pay your invoice within 7 days of receiving it.

Why have I not received an invoice?

All invoicing is done electronically twice a month (1st and 16th of each month) via email. If the 1st and/or the 16th fall on a Sunday or a Holiday you may receive the invoice the following day.

Do you offer group sessions?

In certain circumstances we do offer group sessions. If this is something you are interested in please reach out to us so that we can provide you with the most up to date offerings.

Are any sessions conducted in person?

All tutoring and test preparation sessions are conducted online via Zoom. In some situations education consultations and curriculum development are done in person.

Can I pay by Zelle?

Yes! This is actually our preferred method of payment. To pay by Zelle start by inputing our email (info@manukai-education.com) into the search box of your bank's Zelle portal. Once you locate our account you can transfer the funds. When the transfer is complete you will receive an email receipt from us shortly thereafter.
